Beverlie Newton - BA Hons, Dip Arch, MSc PM in Construction

Beverlie has a wealth of design and project management experience in the Hotel, Pub and Dining / Restaurant industry.

Approachable, down to earth and friendly with an outgoing  and understanding nature. Used to working in fast moving environments to tight deadlines and budgets, she is organised, versatile, tenacious and has an eye for detail and applying creative solutions to a wide range of challenges.

After completing an Architectural Degree Pt I (2:1) at Hull School of Architecture, she moved to Glasgow to complete the Diploma in Architecture Pt II, at the Mackintosh School of Art.

Being in Glasgow, surrounded by some of the best national examples of Architecture, both historical and contemporary, and living within such a cosmopolitan, fun & lively culture, she developed a great passion for its buildings and how they came to life with Architectural Interior Design.

Working for Interior Designers and Architectural Practices in Scotland on many high profile projects such as golf resort and boutique hotels, bars, restaurants and shopping centres with her biggest achievement being the involvement of the developing brand of the hotel 'Malmaison'. A move to london led to the design and development of another boutique hotel concept in Bristol for a National brewery.

Her most recent role was within the Property Business Unit of  Bedford's own local brewery where, as part of a small team she was responsible for the development and maintenance of an estate of 250 managed, tenanted and leased pubs.

Beverlie began B-designed in July 2008 in order to focus more on her passion and flair within the design aspect of the industry and has since built up a wide variety of clients from residential to leisure & hotel industry.
